Our return policy at Wisconsinmade.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order. All items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a return. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process and receive a return authorization. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. Please note that personalized and perishable items are non-returnable, unless there was an error in customization or if the item arrived damaged. We strive to make the return process as simple and efficient as possible to ensure your satisfaction with our products.
