Our return policy at WickerCentral.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. We accept returns for items that are unused, in their original packaging, and in a resellable condition. A return merchandise authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns, which can be obtained by contacting our customer service team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment, excluding any shipping charges.
