What is the cancellation policy for appointments?

Our cancellation policy at Westside Podiatry is as follows: We understand that life happens and schedules can change, which is why we strive to accommodate our patients as best as possible. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the time slot to another patient who might be in need of urgent care. Failure to provide sufficient notice or multiple last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee. This fee helps us cover the costs associated with the missed appointment and ensures that we can continue providing excellent care to all of our patients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy. Please don't hesitate to contact our office should you have any questions or need to make changes to your appointment.
