What is the return policy?

Our return policy at Vminnovations.com allows customers to return their purchases within 60 days of the date of delivery. We strive for customer satisfaction and understand that there may be instances where a return is necessary. To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The item being returned must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. It is important to note that certain products are not eligible for return, such as software, health and personal care items, and items marked as "Final Sale." Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
