What is your return policy?

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase from VintageTub.com, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus any shipping charges incurred. However, please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team to receive a return authorization number. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition. Once we receive the returned product and inspect it, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
