What is your cancellation policy for photography sessions?

Our cancellation policy for photography sessions is as follows: If the client needs to cancel or reschedule a session, we kindly request at least 48 hours' notice. In the event that the client fails to provide sufficient notice or does not show up for the scheduled session, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total session cost will be charged. However, we understand that emergencies or unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are willing to work with clients to find a suitable solution in such cases. We believe that open and honest communication is key, so if a client needs to cancel or reschedule, we urge them to contact us as soon as possible to discuss options and avoid any unnecessary fees.
