What is the cancellation policy for appointments?

Our cancellation policy for appointments is as follows: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that prevent you from keeping your scheduled appointment. We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows us to accommodate other valuable patients who may be in need of treatment. Failure to provide the requested notice may result in a cancellation fee. However, we do understand that emergencies happen, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution in such cases. Please contact our office at least 24 hours prior to your appointment if you need to make any changes. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
