Our return policy for medication purchased from Vetapprovedrx.com is as follows: In order to ensure the safety and integrity of our pharmaceutical products, we cannot accept returns on any prescription medications. This policy is in line with the regulations set forth by the FDA and the pharmacy industry standards. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost. For non-prescription items, we accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. These items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team, and they will guide you through the process. We strive to provide excellent customer service and will work diligently to resolve any concerns or issues you may have.
