What is your return policy?

At VetDepot.com, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Our return policy allows for hassle-free returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Products that have been opened or used may still be eligible for return on a case-by-case basis, depending on the situation. Please note that certain items, such as prescription medications, are non-returnable for safety reasons. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return, and we will guide you through the process. Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund in the original form of payment, excluding any shipping costs. At VetDepot.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
