Our return policy at ValueMailers.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, customers should contact our customer service team with their order details and reason for the return. We offer two return options – a refund or store credit, depending on the customer's preference. Orders returned due to a shipping error or damaged products will receive a full refund or replacement at no additional cost. However, customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is a result of our error. We strive to process returns promptly and provide excellent customer service to resolve any issues that may arise.
