Our return policy at Ustoy.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a refund or exchange. However, personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part. Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will process the refund or exchange accordingly.
