What is your return/exchange policy?

At Usmarkerboard.com, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our products. Regarding returns and exchanges, we have a hassle-free policy in place. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please note that custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a defect or error on our part. To start the return process, simply contact our customer service team, and they will provide you with a return authorization number.
