Our warranty policy at Usahardware.com ensures that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchase. We offer a standard one-year warranty on all products, covering any manufacturing defects or malfunctions that may occur during normal use. If a customer experiences any issues or defects with their purchase within this timeframe, they can contact our customer service team to initiate a warranty claim. Upon verification of the issue, we will either repair or replace the product free of charge. Please note that the warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs. Additionally, our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.
