At Toywiz.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy allows you to return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for return. Please note that items must be in their original condition, unopened, and with all packaging intact for a successful return. We are unable to accept returns on personalized or final sale items unless there is a manufacturer defect. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to our error. Once we receive the returned item, our team will promptly process your refund or exchange.
