Our return policy at Tikimaster.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Please note that personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team with your order details. We will provide you with a return authorization number and further instructions. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and issue a refund, minus any shipping fees, within 7-10 business days. At Tikimaster.com, we strive to make returns as hassle-free as possible while ensuring customer satisfaction.
