Our return policy at Thepaws.com is designed to prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure a hassle-free shopping experience. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. We accept returns on unused and unopened products in their original packaging. However, certain items such as personalized or custom-made products may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or error. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer support team with your order details. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
