What is your return policy?

Our return policy at Thefinetapestry.com allows customers to return any unused and undamaged items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Returns without this number will not be accepted. The item must be returned in its original packaging and with all tags and labels intact. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it for any damages or signs of use. If everything is in order, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We strive to provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process for our valued customers.
