Our return policy for sale items at TheWatchery.com is as follows: Sale items are eligible for return within 30 days from the date of purchase. However, a restocking fee may apply. To process a return, customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting our customer service team. The item must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Any signs of wear or damage may result in a denial of the return. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment, minus any applicable restocking fees.
