Yes, TheWatchery.com offers a hassle-free return and exchange policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the watch must be unworn, in its original condition, and accompanied by all original packaging, documentation, and accessories. Simply contact our customer service team to request a return authorization number and further instructions. Please note that certain items, such as personalized or engraved watches, special orders, and final sale items, may not be eligible for return or exchange. Once your returned item is received and inspected, a refund or exchange will be processed promptly.
