The Scooter Store's return/exchange policy ensures customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unopened, and unused. Returns/exchanges require proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or damaged. In such cases, The Scooter Store will cover the return shipping expenses. Refunds for returned items will be issued in the original form of payment within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that certain items may be non-returnable due to hygiene or safety reasons.
