What is the cancellation policy?

At The Massage Asylum, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To accommodate our clients, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any changes or cancellations. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client in need of our services. Failure to provide adequate notice or no-shows will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to the full cost of the scheduled service. We value your time and ours, and our cancellation policy ensures fair treatment for all. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy.
