What is The Limited's return policy?

The Limited's return policy allows customers to return eligible merchandise for a refund within 60 days from the purchase date with a valid receipt. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all original tags attached. Without a receipt, the customer may still be eligible for a merchandise credit at the current selling price. Final sale items, such as swimwear or earrings, cannot be returned. If an online purchase is returned in-store, the customer will receive a merchandise credit. The Limited does not offer direct exchanges, but customers can return items for a refund and place a new order. Gift returns follow the same guidelines, but the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
