At Loblaw stores, our return policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction and convenience. We accept returns of most products within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt. For grocery items, we offer a satisfaction guarantee, allowing customers to return any product they are not satisfied with for a full refund. Non-grocery items can be returned in their original packaging, unused and with all components, for a refund or exchange. In cases where a receipt is not available, we can provide store credit for the lowest advertised selling price of the item. However, certain items, such as prescription medication and gift cards, are non-returnable. Our aim is to provide a hassle-free return process while also ensuring product quality and safety for all our customers.
