The Caldwell Group stands behind the quality of its products and offers a comprehensive warranty to ensure customer satisfaction. All our products come with a standard warranty of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal usage. In the unlikely event that a product fails within this period, we will repair or replace it free of charge. Our warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, negligence, or unauthorized repairs. To make a warranty claim, customers are required to provide proof of purchase and may be asked to return the defective product for inspection.
