Our return policy at The Basket Corner is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please note that returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. We are unable to accept returns for personalized or custom-made baskets unless there is a defect or error in the personalization. Additionally, shipping fees incurred for the return will not be refunded unless the return is due to our mistake.
