What is the return/refund policy on Tend.com?

At Tend.com, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. Thus, we offer a convenient return/refund policy for any products bought through our platform. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 14 days of receiving the item. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund accordingly. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was defective or damaged. Our objective is to make the return/refund process as seamless as possible to ensure your satisfaction with our service.
