How long does it take to receive a refund for a return?

Upon receipt of your returned item, Ted Baker aims to process your refund promptly. However, please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to be processed from the date you sent back your item. Once the refund has been processed, the funds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase. The processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer. In case you haven't received your refund after 10 working days, please feel free to reach out to our customer service team. They will be more than happy to assist you further and provide any necessary updates on your refund status.
