What is the return policy?

Our return policy at Tech Power Group allows customers to return products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. The returned product must be in its original condition, packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. We do require a valid reason for the return, such as a defective item or dissatisfaction with the product. If the return meets these criteria, we will provide a refund through the original payment method. However, please note that software, personalized items, and some electronics may not be eligible for return due to licensing or hygiene reasons. Furthermore, customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the product is deemed defective or incorrectly shipped.
