Our return policy at Aqua Technology Group is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. We offer a 30-day return period from the date of purchase for eligible products. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Any product that has been damaged, altered, or is missing parts may not be eligible for return. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error.
