At Teamstore.com, we strive for customer satisfaction and offer a hassle-free return policy. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days from the date of delivery. Simply ensure that the item is in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless there is a defect or error on our part. To initiate a return, log in to your account, select the order, and follow the return instructions. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
