However, sometimes members need to cancel their orders for whatever reason. This article will show you how to cancel a future Team Beachbody order and get a refund if necessary.

Cancel Via the Website

The easiest way to cancel your order is through the company's website. To do this:

  1. Visit the website and sign in with your email address and password.
  2. Once you have done that, click "Account," then "My Account" at the top of the screen, followed by "Orders."
  3. From there, click on the order number of the product you want to cancel and click the "Cancel" button.

You will be asked to explain why you are canceling your order, but if you do not feel like filling out this information, click "Cancel Order" at the bottom of the next page. In case you have accidentally clicked the "Confirm Order " button the first time, the company will ask you to click "Cancel Order" on the confirmation page too. Now you can try signing in again and canceling your order through the website.

Cancel Via Email

While the easiest way to cancel your order is through the company website, you can also get in touch with a customer service representative via email. To do this, email Beachbody's customer service team and explain why you want to cancel your order. If they ask for more information, be sure to provide it.

Cancel Via Phone Call

If you don't like the idea of canceling your order online or via email, you can always call and speak to a customer service representative. To do this, find Team Beachbody's phone numbers and call one of their customer service representatives.
