Can I return personalized items?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on personalized items. Due to the custom nature of these products, they are created specifically for each individual customer and cannot be resold. We understand that mistakes can happen during the personalization process, and we strive to ensure accuracy by sending digital proofs for approval before production. Therefore, it is crucial that customers carefully review these proofs and provide accurate information. If a mistake occurs on our end, we are more than happy to correct it and send a replacement. However, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for personalized items unless the error was made by Successories.com.
