Our return policy at Staples is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Exceptions to this policy include technology products, such as computers and printers, which must be returned within 14 days. All returned items must be in their original condition, with all packaging and accessories intact. Additionally, we require a valid receipt or proof of purchase for all returns. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. However, please note that certain types of items, such as software and gift cards, are non-refundable.
