Our return policy for items purchased online allows customers to return any unused and undamaged merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date. To qualify for a refund, the item must be in its original packaging and accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation. Please note that certain items, such as swimwear, underwear, and customized products, are non-returnable for hygienic reasons or due to their personalized nature. Also, shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Returns can be made either through mail or in-store, with online purchases eligible for free return shipping via pre-paid labels.
