What is your return policy?

Our return policy at Speert.com allows customers to request a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. We accept returns for eligible products, with the exception of final sale and clearance items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, and it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed.
