Our return policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase from Spalook.com. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging for a full refund. However, we cannot accept returns on certain items like opened skincare or makeup products due to hygiene reasons. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. They will provide you with a return authorization number, which must be included in your return shipment. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 5 business days.
