Our return policy at Southmoonunder.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. We offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of purchase, allowing customers to exchange or return items. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, in their original condition, and with all tags attached. Swimwear, underwear, and final sale items are not eligible for returns. To initiate a return, customers can either bring the item to one of our physical store locations or request a return online. Online returns can be initiated through our website, where customers can generate a prepaid return label to ship the item back. Return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount. Once the return is received, we aim to process refunds within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment.
