To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team or visit our website to request a prepaid return label. Once we receive the returned items, we will issue a full refund to the original form of payment. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Exceptions to our return policy may apply to certain products, such as personalized or final sale items.
