Our return policy at Skinstore.com allows customers to return any unused and unopened products within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. We strive for customer satisfaction, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, just contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. However, please note that we do not accept returns on products that have been opened or used due to hygiene and safety reasons. Additionally, shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fault on our part. We recommend keeping your return tracking number for reference. For further information or assistance, please contact our customer service team.
