Our return policy at Simplysunglasses.com allows customers to return any purchased item within 30 days of the delivery date. The item must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. To initiate a return, customers can simply contact us through our website or customer service hotline, providing the order number and reason for return. We offer free return shipping for any item deemed defective, damaged during shipping, or if the wrong product was received. Once we receive the returned item, we will either provide a full refund to the original payment method or offer store credit for future purchases, based on the customer's preference. Please note that personalized and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return.
