Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?
Once your order has been placed with Simmons & Ungar, it is difficult to cancel or make changes. However, we understand that circumstances can arise, so we advise you to contact our customer service as soon as possible to discuss your request. While we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your change or cancellation, we will do our best to assist you. Please note that if your order has already been shipped or is in the process of being shipped, we will not be able to make any modifications. However, if your order has not yet been processed, there may still be a chance to make amendments. Get in touch with our customer service team promptly for further assistance.
