Our return policy ensures customer satisfaction. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will happily provide a full refund or exchange for any unused and undamaged item. Customized or personalized products are exempt from returns, unless there is an error on our part. To initiate a return, simply fill out our online return form or contact our customer service team for assistance. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. Once we receive and process your return, we will promptly issue the refund or exchange. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
