Can I exchange an item?

Yes, we offer exchanges for eligible items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange it within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that personalized or custom items are not eligible for exchange, unless there is a manufacturing defect. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order details and reason for the exchange. We will provide you with further instructions and assist you throughout the process. Please keep in mind that any price differences between the exchanged items will be handled accordingly.
