If you need to cancel or reschedule your move, we kindly request that you notify us as soon as possible. For cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to your scheduled moving date, there will be no cancellation fee, and any deposits made will be fully refunded. However, if you cancel within 72 hours of your scheduled moving date, a cancellation fee may apply. This fee ensures that our dedicated team is compensated for the preparations they have made for your move.
