What is Rocket Movers' cancellation policy?

Rocket Movers' cancellation policy allows customers to cancel their booked moving services with a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled moving date. However, cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled moving date will result in a non-refundable fee of 25% of the total moving cost. In the event of a cancellation, customers are required to notify Rocket Movers via phone or email and provide their booking details. It is important to note that any additional services or third-party expenses incurred by Rocket Movers on behalf of the customer, such as packing supplies or special equipment, will not be refundable. Rocket Movers understands that unexpected circumstances may arise which lead to cancellations and strives to provide a flexible yet fair policy for their customers.
