What is your return policy?

Our return policy allows customers to return any unworn, unwashed, or defective items for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization number. This number should be clearly written on the outside of the package being returned. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item received was damaged or defective. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days. Please note that any items purchased on final sale, intimates, and accessories are not eligible for return. We aim to provide hassle-free returns and ensure customer satisfaction with our products.
