Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes, at Seshday.com, we understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations. That's why we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. Simply contact our customer service team, and they will guide you through the process. We'll provide you with a pre-paid shipping label for the return. Once we receive the item, we'll either issue a refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference. Please note that some exclusions may apply, such as final sale items and products marked as non-returnable.
