Our return policy at Seriouspuzzles.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team, and they will guide you through the process. We accept returns for products that are in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories and tags intact. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued back to your original payment method.
