Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order, but please note that cancellations can only be made before the item has been shipped. To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order details and request for cancellation. Our team will promptly assist you with the cancellation process. However, if the item has already been shipped, we would be unable to cancel the order. In such cases, you can arrange for a return or exchange once the item has been delivered.
