Our return policy at Schools.com aims to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt. However, to be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. We do not accept returns on personalized or customized products, unless they arrive damaged or defective. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return and receive further instructions. We strive to make the return process as simple and efficient as possible for our valued customers.
